Creative and easy ways to consume egg whites?
To reach my daily protein goals, I've been eating egg whites. Due to health reasons, I can't have the yolk. Right now I'm just boiling a bunch of eggs in the instant pot and eating the whites with some salt, and it's getting old fast.
How can I cook egg whites only in a way that's easy and delicious? I'm no good in the kitchen so I have no idea. Help?
ETA forgot to add I don't like frying them. Something about eating just the fried whites makes my skin crawl.
