The perception of Bhubaneswar as an affordable alternative to Tier-1 cities is rapidly changing, why is that? Bhubaneswar has a relatively small geographic area. Is it a supply demand gap that's fueling the prices forward? Should I move out of Bhubaneswar for a better future and return only when I have enough or Should I start something here and grow along with the city?
