For the last couple weeks, when i have a planned workout from TrainingPeaks with a final section labeled cool down rouvy will not save that lap to Garmin or TP. (I.e. if an 1hr work out has a 5 min cooldown at the end only 55 min are uploads)

I have tried toggling the save warmup and cool down in settings multiple times to no luck. What am i doing wrong? Anyone else have this issue and found a fix?
