Update on the Dark Eyed Junco nest in my front yard
Babies have gotten significantly bigger, but we lost one of them. They’re just starting to roam outside the nest, and they’re noisy now! Lots of little screeches. The squirrels have gotten more wary because I watch from the front porch, and mom and dad are protective. I got to see them stretch their little wings. They’re absolutely adorable.
