hi po ! since sa may 4 na po pwede mag-apply ng scholarship, i have a few questions lang po

1. what time po usually nago-open ’yung portal for scholarship?

2. online lang po ba ’yung application?

3. what grade po ang need i-maintain for blue scholarship?

4. anong certificate po ’yung overall academic recognition signed by the principal? ayun po ba ’yung nasa diploma nung pagka-graduate?
