is there a problem with inpost at the moment?

my mother purchased an item which was dispatched on march 7 and the tracking is still being updated almost daily saying it’s reached a local warehouse, with the same update every time. initially we chalked this down to an anomaly however a second item she bought was dispatched on march 31 and is also bouncing around the warehouse.

i sent a t shirt on the 30th which i have little information on but hasn’t reached the buyer yet. i am now having the same issue my mother is having with a shirt i bought - image attached is what i’m seeing. i’m going to call inpost tomorrow but is anyone aware of whether i’ll receive my shirt, or is it going to get lost in the post?
