Looking for a good, comprehensive baking book focusing on cheesecakes. There's plenty of version around the world with their own special element (new york, chicago, german, polish, italian, japanese, ... not even touching no bakes) but I haven't been able to find a solid "guide" that really focuses on it. Any recommendations?
