Was wondering if anyone can help with this? The error code e12 shows up as I plug it in, then shuts off immediately. The charger is also not charging the battery, so I’m wondering if it’s a battery issue. Engwe sent me another charger, but that hasn’t worked either.

I tried disconnecting the connections and reconnecting, cleaning terminals on the battery and the seat for the battery and restarting the bike via holding the power button 15 seconds with the battery removed.
