Can I repair these myself or should I take them to a boot repair shop?
Recently bought from eBay, they were unused but after I wore them a bit, the rubber heel started disintegrating and I realized they must be old. I took them to a shop and replaced the heel and also added rubber over the leather sole for longevity. After ~2 weeks this happened. Does the whole thing need to be removed and re-glued? Or can I just glue the part that came off myself?
