Okay I know people complain about having to chill cookie dough....but it really does make the cookies taste better. Do others agree?

Everyone has their favorite recipe for chocolate chip cookies and this is mine. It does require a long chill time but these cookies have such great flavor. They are also soft on the inside and cripsy on the outside (as long as you don't overbake them).
