My gaming chair is making my back and neck hurt like hell. Need recommendations

Hello people from Reddit. How's everyone doing?

I am here today looking for possible office or gaming chair recommendations. A bit over a year ago I have purchased a new gaming chair from MSI and it's not the first time that I change chairs but for some reason my entire back neck and even the top of my head hurts when I Stay sitting down for over an hour. By some friends recommendation I also try to adjust the feeling of the head and back pillows to better adjust with my body but nothing seems to help.

The current chair I own is the " MSI MAG ch120" in black.

I believe the chair might be the true culprit for this because when I don't feel comfortable I end up crossing my legs on top of the chair like I'm sitting on the floor but on top of the chair and that posture might increase the issues I'm having.

Since I don't have a huge budget I am still looking for recommendations of new chairs that I can possibly have that can be somewhat durable but help entirely fix my neck pain since I can have some days where I spend over 3 hours sitting down (with regular breaks of course)

I can also go for the possibility to enhance my chair with something that can help it complete so it becomes more suitable for my sitting. What should I do?

Edit: I live on the most West side of Europe, so hopefully that can help narrow down some store/chair recommendations
