hi everyone! i have extremely low pain tolerance and ive never done any injections other than vaccines or like blood draw. i have an extreme needle phobia, i get dizzy and weak. im getting my loading dose soon and my mom is supposed to be the one that will give it to me. I AM SO SCARED, ive seen all the vids, read thru so many posts, and it's obvious this won't be easy. you all are so very strong, i just want to say u got this, and keep going! does anyone have any tips for making this less painless? i know about taking it out the fridge overnight and taking it in the stomach. i have the auto-pen, and am able to switch if i want to after the loading dose. im SO ANXIOUSS that i feel like not even going :'') PLEASE HELP MEEE <33 THANK YOUU
