Crim Sentencing Questions Tips?
I've doing practice questions for crim, and the questions that get me most tripped up are ones to do with guessing what kind of sentence is appropriate for a situation. It feels like there are so many aggravating/mitigating factors and so many subtle distinctions, and it ultimately is kind of a judgement call. Anyone have any tips for how they handle these, or if they're really prevalent during past exams? I always feel like I'm going just a Little too light or heavy on the sentencing, and it's pretty frustrating. Crim was always my worst subject so I don't know if there's like, a rule of thumb that other people use, or if I'm just getting too into my head and I shouldn't be worrying too much about this specific type of question, given I'm doing decently on other types of questions.
