Pulled up the old flooring on this new to me van because it was nasty not because I suspected any rust and was met with this headache. Starting wire brushing it away and some smaller holes have formed in some places. What would your plan of action be?

Hey all! Just got this old animal control van off Gov Deals and I'm pretty stoked on it! Got all the cages and stuff torn out, but there is the big clunky A/C unit that is functional, but totally in the way. Wondering how I should go about deleting it?
