Hello.
If it has been asked before - just ignore this post. I was truly amazed by videos of Sync Box 2 in action, so i got myself a birthday present. Unfortunately in other users clips wthe lights are working smoothly, creating great effect. Mine look like i bought a 220€ christmas light led strip. Colours are mismatched often as well. When i tried dreamview - although my device is H6684 (full kit) it appears as strip only. H6604 (box itself) appears as an option to buy from govee store. Not mentioning I've followed all guides, instructions, tutorials, but only way to connect to it(strip - box is not available) is bluetooth. Can someone explain where did i took the wrong turn?
