finally got the hang of pull-ups

Did 3 clean ones today—cat jumped on my back mid-rep like it was a personal mission. Felt great, ate dinner, now melting into the couch. Who knew gravity could feel so optional?

first month on the rower and i'm weirdly sore everywhere

confession: i thought rowing was just arms. turns out my back, legs, and even shoulders hurt now. is this normal after four weeks? or did i mess something up? kinda worried i'm doing it wrong.
