What do I do now
so I applied for the deli lead at another Kroger and I was super excited because I worked so hard at my store as a backup a lot bc the lead doesn't do s*** doesn't care about his job and still gets to keep it and I'm struggling so bad right now with money because my car blew up I'm taking Ubers to work and I need more money my son lives with his dad and he doesn't want to anymore but I can't afford for him to live with me so that's the reason why I need a better paying job so my Kroger doesn't have anybody in the deli that's worth a damn and I work my ass off come in whatever they need me and that was a lot I came in on my birthday I came in on my kid's birthday I canceled my vacation in the middle of it because the lead got sick I I literally work 6 days a week or more and at the interview the store manager told me that she would hire me right then and there but she has two other applicants and they might have more seniority than me and at that point it's out of her hands that she was really impressed with me and she can't wait to work with me but my store manager gave me a bad review and now I know I'll never be able to move up or anything and I am struggling so bad. how am I supposed to go back to work with motivation to do a good job to do my best to go the extra mile everyday like I have done since I started working there 2 years ago how am I supposed to go back and have respect for people who literally knew my situation and did not care about it at all they just wanted to make sure that they was good in their store not about me and my life and in what was going on . so how someone please tell me how I'm supposed to to work and be happy and do my do my best.
