What are your favorite restaurants with vegan options?

Hi everyone! My family will be coming here for my graduation at UC Berkeley this May. I really want to go to dinner with everyone, and I’m looking for some accommodations early. My aunt is vegan, while the rest of my family isn’t. My grandpa especially doesn’t like many vegetables, as his main diet consists of simple meats and carbs. I need a restaurant with options for everyone in my family. I know most restaurants have options, but I want to know more insight, details, and honesty.

What are your favorite restaurants that aren’t necessarily vegan that have some great vegan options? If you can describe the vegan dishes you find, that’d be great just so I can get a scope! My families palette is more East Asian or standard American, but I want to hear every option possible. I eat everything and I want to go where I want to eat, it’s my day!!! Thanks everyone in advance!

It would also be really helpful if you know that the restaurants use separate pans/oil/boiling water/anything they cook with between vegan and non vegan food! 😁

What are good restaurants with vegan options in the Berkeley/Oakland area?

Hi!! My family will be visiting me for graduation at UC Berkeley and I have a vegan aunt. None of my other family is vegan, but we all want to go to dinner to celebrate and want her to have options.

What are some restaurants that aren’t necessarily vegan, but have a great vegan meal option? Also, if you know places with vegan options that ensure they use separate pots/pans/oil/boiling water, that would be really reassuring! Thanks everyone!
