[Weird trope] Villain is turned into a baby, bonus if they become good

  1. The Lich (Adventure Time) - Possesses Billy's skeleton and makes it his own. Is hit with healing goo in the Citadel and as the Lich is technically a life form, his skeleton starts growing flesh. The Lich is turned into a baby by the name of Sweet Pea, who ends up growing incredibly huge and taking over as Ooo'd hero after Finn dies.

  2. Meteora (Star Vs.) - Star's nasty headteacher turns out to be the true Princess of Mewnie. She lived a terrible life after being separated from her mother, Eclipsa, by the Council of Magic. After she unlocks her powers, goes berserk, and Star annihilates her with light magic, she is transformed into a baby by Star's intent to do no harm. She grows up in another dimension to become best friends with Marco's sister Mariposa, only to be turned back into a baby a second time upon leaving. Altogether, at least 3 different childhoods.

  3. Pilaf gang (Dragonball Super) - In Dragonball GT, Pilaf accidentally wishes for Goku to become a kid again. As a reference to this now AU, Toriyama thought it would be funny if in Battle of Gods, Pilaf accidentally wished for HIMSELF to become a kid again. The Pilaf gang are all transformed. Mai, who was an adult when Goku was 12, ends up in a relationship with two versions of Trunks. Weird.
