I manually transferred funds from my bank to InvestEngine and received confirmation from them that the money was received. However, after three days, the funds still have not been credited to my account.

I have already contacted their customer service but have not received any response, which is concerning. My bank has confirmed that the transfer was completed successfully and that all correct references were included.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman and the FCA, as this level of service is unacceptable. And I will close my accounts once this is resolved. This place is concerning.
