got offer, continue to job search?

I got 2 offers. I've already accepted one and the other one I'll probably decline. My start date is in two weeks and I'm currently going through background check and onboarding, for which I have little worry. I have another interview lined up later in the week. This new job I'm starting seems like a good opportunity and fit for what I want next. Should I cancel my next interview to free up space for others? I've seen other people write they'll continue their job search until first start date or first paycheck to be on the safe side, but I've not gotten any red flags from this company to suggest I would need to do that.

hiring manager is flying out to me for an additional face to face for a remote role. how should i approach this?

I've interviewed for a remote engineering role with lots of travel that emphasizes process ownership and project management, which is slightly different from my recent background excelling in technical R&D projects. This role would be much heavier on organization and communication. I was not given any info other than a "face to face". What kind of interview should I expect?

fast growing companies with difficult work environments?

i'm interviewing with 2 companies that are set to grow pretty fast from the ramp up in AI critical infrastructure. But looking at their glassdoor reviews in the past few years, they're pretty abysmal - lots of 1* and 2*. high turnover, long hours, poor management, etc. But when a company goes through major changes like this where lots of hiring is made, is there a silver lining that culture could change for the better, or more likely that past performance reflects future results? any experience on this?

This is for an engineering project management remote role with significant travel. I had interviewed with everyone. In the last interview, they told me if they make an offer, it would be within a week. The day after, the hiring manager reached out to me asking for my availability next week to meet for lunch - he's flying out to me. I'm thinking good news that I'm not rejected, but also not so great that they feel the need for another interaction to make an offer, suggesting I need to work on my interview skills. my gut feel is he's probing for 2 things, cultural fit and fit for the job. My background is very technical focused and this position requires high degree of communication, for which I might have lacked a bit during the interview. My background is also very research heavy and they probably want to assess whether I would get bored of this job in a year or two and leave. Anyone else have a different read or been through a similar situation? advice is appreciated

Won't shift up or down. Cable head not budging at all even with a pointed pick. Not entirely sure how it got this way. It was stuffed inside a van where the lever probably got pushed. when I got on the bike and shifted the rd, the cable slipped and the head got stuck. Any ideas?
