Reliable parts for cheap drones
Is there a good site to reliably get parts for cheap drones? I picked up a couple of cheap ($100-200 retail) drones at an auction, my plan was to fix them and let my kids or neighborhood kids use them. I have two of them running, but finding parts has been a nightmare. So far every single "1800 mAh" battery I've ordered has been a fake, based on weight and run time, I'd guess they are 600-900mAh at best. I'm working on hooking them up to a load tester to get an accurate number. Finding blades for them has also been a challenge. Both of them I purchased had completely mismatched blades, such as A4 and A8 on the same motor, or A4s mixed with B2s. I'm fairly good with electronics/robotics, but haven't really done much with drones. As I understand it they should all be the same pitch, correct? Ones I've ordered online don't list a pitch, and it's been a very mixed bag, some of them have also been mismatched, and the ones that aren't are usually 1's, which does have the drones flying, but they really seem to be struggling with enough power. I specifically wanted cheap ones so I didn't mind if they got broken or lost, but I was not expecting such a clusterfuck of non-standardization and outright fraud.
