$17k OTD. Used 2023 BMW S1000R. 7k miles. One owner. Dealership. Has full Arrow Titanium Exhaust, Tail Tidy w/ integrated blinkers, and has the carbon fiber option from factory. How bad am I getting it? I go in the morning to sign off on it.
I know it's not ideal. The guy seems trustworthy and has good feedback on Marketplace. It's my dream bike, has low miles, and is a good price. 2023 Streetfighter V2 in flat green for $13k with only 1200 miles.
He has a current loan on his bike with Ducati. He is selling it for what is owed. I am pre-approved for a loan on the bike. My bank has to send Ducati a check for the bike. Once the Ducati loan is paid off, they will release the title. I'm guessing I cannot register it until then? Has anyone done anything similar? Please share any tips.
