Is this safe to continue using?

Edit: Figured out the issue! I did in fact not understand how wattage worked properly lol. Will be returning it and getting one that's less powerful

I just bought this Gourmia air fryer and have only used it 3 times, but today it blew a fuse and the inside fan looks like this. I'm assuming it's not safe, but I'd like to triple-check since I know nothing about appliances, electricity, etc.

Can you cook ground beef in an air fryer oven?

I just got a Gourmia Air Fryer Oven (GTF7655 model) and, as someone who knows nothing about cooking, was wondering if there was a way I could safely cook ground beef for tacos in it.

I'm seeing a lot of different things pop up on Google + YouTube for ways to do it with air fryers with baskets, but none for air fryer ovens. If it is possible, how much can I at a time (½lb, 1lb)? Any specific instructions would be super helpful :)
