I had a venogram done back in December. The incision never closed and had raised borders so I went to see a wound specialist. They debrided the wound and I had to really take care of it, which I did. It closed (last pic) and I just had to follow up with scar care. I put on Scar Away sheets and I got an allergic reaction to it. The wound opened back up again and now it is red, raised and itchy :((

Please send me any advice for what to do next. I’ve only been putting Vaseline on it. Scared to put anything on it now that I’m allergic to everything we’ve tried 😑 I do have an appointment back with the wound care specialist on Monday.
