Hi everyone,

Wanted to see if anyone has had experience with anxious Swissy puppies and what you did to work on it.

Our 7 mos old boy, Fred, is very anxious and vocal about meeting or approaching new people, especially in or around our house. Even though he’s still a puppy, his bark is big and understandably startles people. On the other hand, he LOVES the people he met as a puppy or has known/met several times. Basically, once you’re in the pack, you’re in.

My wife and I see a lot of posts of seemingly social Swissys, and we are sad our boy is stressed/anxious about all the new people he’s meeting. We are working with a trainer on it, but also just curious what others’ real time swissy experiences with this have been!
