Really no secret at this point Marsch and the CSA want to get a deal done to extend him, but seeing as it hasn't gotten done yet, the safe assumption is that they're waiting to see how he and the team do this summer.

In your opinion, what is the bare-minimum needed where you can say you'd be fine with him re-signing?

In my firm opinion, I can't be happy with anything less than 4 points. That to me is the absolute baseline this summer. That pretty well guarantees 3rd place and gives you a look at 2nd. You absolutely need a win & draw against Qatar and Bosnia. If we end up 3rd and lose to a Germany/Turkey in the RO32, I'm still fine with that.

I'd be content with him coming back if that ends up being the result.
