Censored just to be sure

>!The last few episodes are a whiplash of stuff going on, but I'm gonna try to explain my thoughts process:!<

>!The 20 year skip at first felt kinda weird, but I liked it after continuing to watch. But I didn't like how the future went. The whole series up to s2e6 feels like a "death makes part of the human life. Life is not the same when you can't lose people", just to then smash us with "oh actually half the humans are UI's now and that's good actually". It felt really forced, and I don't think Ellen being there fits her character.!<

>!I like the thought of a world based on uploaded people, but I don't think it should be THAT big. Like a billion max. It would feel more natural. I also don't like how they didn't evolve MIST at all. She feels so plain and her crush on Caspian affects nothing at the end.!<

>!The "SafeSurf comes back and is against humans now" plot is the best part of that. It feels way more like the series up to that point. It could have been made without needing the time skip, but it feels better this way.!<

>!One more thought before the actual ending: Destroying the ruins of a past civilization being treated the way it was in the series gives me the ick. Caspian and Maddie being in favor of it just makes it feel like it's the writers opinion.!<

>!Now to the ending. I loved the ending, even if the "before second time skip" (aka the whole ep 7 and half of ep 8) where kinda bad. I love the concept of Maddie being basically a Goddess and of SafeSurf deciding to give her that opportunity. The simulation in a simulation thing is really interesting.!<

>!I think some things could have been changed, but overall I really liked it.!<

am I tripping or does piel end with a really similar sound (a really quiet one around 04:06) to the start of castration? It feels like they were supposed to be one after the other
