I'm working on a song about a woman's emotions and using images to try to put a video to it. Has anyone had success with this challenge?

I was making some images of people and had to keep running workflow for their face and back side. On my 5090 i thought cut and paste it so i could type in 2 prompts and have it make 2 images at same time and it worked.
There were some weird images now and then. But I think someone could fix this so it worked well.
you just copy and paste the zimage turbo workflow so 2 are in the same run. make a prompt for a person front and same person back and run it.
