Circling back after choosing my team
Thanks for the feedback to help choose my team! I’m on Maximus and 90% love it. Arms are well structured and paced and I feel stronger after every workout! The lower body workouts, however, are fine, but for me they are too focused on the quads, and not enough on the hips and glutes. (Unsure but assuming this is related to the very masculine aesthetic of the coaches).
Also, I rather do a 1000 hip thrusts then squat into the wall at my gym like a horror movie child (above).
But yay team Maximus!
