Made a CRM for a client - worth pursuing as a SAAS?

I was approached by a 5-star hotel in my city to build a chatbot for Meta, Instagram, and Whatsapp. They didn't really know what they wanted, so I built them a whole CRM. Since my development costs were already covered, I figured I could use this as a good opportunity to launch a SaaS.

But now that I'm thinking about it, the CRM market is extremely saturated. A lot of local companies and hotels still don't have one, but I can't justify trying to sell a very limited tool when mature solutions like Hubspot and Messagebird offer so much more than I'll probably ever add.

Basically my question is: Is it worth getting into the CRM SaaS industry? Even though I have a ready product, I'll still need to invest out-of-pocket into marketing. If there are potential clients who need a CRM, why not just sell them GHL or Hubspot (tried and tested products) instead?
