Hey! I help run the Pirates of Tokyo Bay, and our monthly show is this Sunday at What the Dickens! in Ebisu.

It's improv comedy performed in both English and Japanese. Separate scenes, so you don't need to understand both. Works great if you're bringing a Japanese friend or partner. The crowd is usually a mix of locals and expats, and it's a pretty social atmosphere.
