Spoety calls himself a “Steet Nigga” and doesn’t know the difference between a snitch and a Rat

A Rat is someone close to you who betrayed you and told to get out of a situation.

A snitch is either someone doing it as a job for the government or a criminal who became a victim and told.

A tax paying citizen that calls the cops when they’re a victim of a crime is neither one. They’re productive members of society. They work and pay taxes so they are entitled to use their tax-paying privilege.
