LSAO screen space AO (4K @ ~0.78ms on Sponza Atrium scene)

I first posted it when it was released and it used to score 0.95ms Sponza Atrium @ 1440p on a rtx5080 5700x3d (including the optical flow cost)
https://www.reddit.com/r/GraphicsProgramming/comments/1q7ny14/screenspace_largescale_ambient_occlusion_lsao/

Since then, its gotten sharper, has better shadowing/falloff, and much faster. As its applied through reshade, it needs the LumaFlow optical flow, which adds to its cost for a total of ~1.25ms @ 4K Sponza Atrium. (Blocky artifacts in shots are from reddit processing)

  • The AO shaders now run 20-25% faster, look sharper, converge faster, with near-zero ghosting.
  • The Half-framerate AO option is removed, since the shaders are faster than it previously enabled anyway.
  • All Lumenite shaders are HDR enabled (Experimental) including the Kernel.
  • The HDR_WHITELEVEL UI control is also back.
  • In fact, these shaders have been optimized and stress tested under jittery depth buffers, DLSS, FrameGen, and HDR all enabled at the same time. Recommend removing all old files, and a fresh install
