What is the point of adding 30% fee to your in default loan once it goes to the Treasury?

Plus other collection company nonsense. Not much incentive to get this money paid once you are this point. Just don't get why the SBA doesn't work with everyone and get this taken care of.

For me: First - April 1977 Riverside Theatre Milwaukee. I was a kid in Jr. High. It was Easter vacation week. I remember it was abnormally warm that week, like 80+ when it should be 40. This was my first real concert. I didn't sleep for days waiting. My idols were The Kinks and The Stones. I live for live recordings, bootlegs were available at a few record stores in the area.

The show finally arrives. The Riverside was an old Theatre that sat about 2500. Cheap Trick opened and were rocking, fun, well received. They were not "big" yet. Just a Midwest bar band. Finally, The Kinks. The Hard Way opened it up. The best memory was hearing Sleepwalker, Ray had on a long black trench type coat and a white electric guitar. Great memory. Tired of Waiting for you was another highlight. The classics ended the show. I was surprised how clean and sparse the stage was, they were LOUD.

The Last - Poplar Creek 1989 (west Chicago area) This show was postponed from August until later in September at night. It was cool and rainy, this is an outdoor venue. Had never been to Poplar Creek. Don't remember an opening act.

This was basically the UK Jive rollout. The set was a bit of a mess in terms or order and cohesion. But, I gotta say - they rocked the roof of that place. We had a great spot, about 10 rows up middle. The power on All Day and All of the Night was surprising. This band was amazing on stage. They did like 3 songs from UK Jive which were well received. Sadly there were like 3000 there. It definitely seemed like the band's popularity was sliding. But... didn't know it at the time but it would be the last time I saw The Kinks. The show was among best of the roughly 12 that have seen.
