So to give you guys context, I was wearing my Bose QC on my head (only on one ear) and then the fell on the floor. I was testing them after that incident, everything works fine except when I press the action button and my music is not playing it starts playing after I press that button ( I tested with Deezer and Spotify and they do that on each app). When I switch the ANC to whatever other mode I have directly in the app the music don't start playing. So is it normal or nah? They are still on the warranty I think, so should I return them to get a new pair?
