Seeing her above my bed makes me feel like I’m being watched over by the god herself when I rest.

I’m sorry if this doesn’t belong here but I wanted to share it all the same. My cat Ebony passed away last year and I’ve had some drawings done of her by different artists but I decided to try my hand at drawing her in the style of my favourite game of all time. Okami has always been very dear to me, even when I was as young as 10 years old and my mum rented it out of blockbuster for me. It’s always been my escape, my comfort, my joy and my passion. I figured why not immortalise my sweet girl by drawing her in this style. My best friend who healed me in many ways, drawn in the style of the game that has healed me in many ways.
