Feeling blah…
What do you do when you didn’t sleep well and feel blah?
I decided to work out anyway. But I’m definitely feeling less strong than usual. Aaalllll of my weights are down from last week and I’m still struggling.
Maybe I should have stayed in bed.
But the discipline to come anyway has to could t for something right?
