Rejected by META for deployment and support role
Hi folks,
I wanted to understand what could have the reasons been since the recruiters will go no information to me so trying to see if folks from this sub can help me on this.
I have been working at FAANG myself for the past 4 years and recently decided to switch for which I picked a role at META that closely aligned with my past experiences and what I want to do in the future.
The initial interview went fine, they were more interested in physical layer on which i don't work but the interviewer was comfortable with it and probed me more on my networking knowledge on which I was comfortable. However, I received information that my application has been rejected.
I take interviews myself and can't understand why I might have been rejected, given that I currently work in a similar role and the interview itself had been more than good(in my opinion)?
