Guy I work with is under investigation for violating title ix (physical and verbal sexual harassment and assault - there’s multiple witnesses and messages and etc as evidence). He just got into med school at a different uni off the waitlist, but the investigation here has only recently started. Is it worth it to let the other uni know this is going on?
Edit: yall i am the one who was on the receiving end of that behavior. there was also more than enough evidence that the school issued a formal investigation. Also what I mean when I ask “is it worth it” isn’t me asking if it’s the right thing to do. I’m asking if the uni will take it seriously enough for it to even be worth my time doing.
