How do I get it off the paint? Detailer think it's cement.
Two pics. When it's wet, it's impossible to get it off and sticky. When dry, it cracks and comes off. Detailer claybar it but couldn't get it off. Suggested I buy some cement dissolver and try that.
I could use a dry cloth and use my nail to push it off but I don't want to do damage so I'm here for advice.
At what tread do you change out the tires?
My front stock is around 5/32 and rear is 6-7/32. At 16k miles and I drive like a granny mostly freeway hypermilling. I noticed the grip has started to go so I took it into discount tires. They were too busy and the wait was like 4-5 hours. I went to the next shop and they told me I need new tires because it's getting close to 4/32 in the front so they can't rotate it. I'm in SoCal so it hardly rains, do I really need to change it out that early? Unfortunately I got another car so I'm just driving locally and about 4 miles a day on my Maverick. It's such a nice car and I just want to hold it for a few months before the registration runs out.
