Is there a gay bar or gay meetup in oradea?

Anyone know of any places where there's public ping pong tables?

I'm visiting my oradea friend, and we wanted to play some ping pong. But the tables in 22nd December park have been removed and the ion C. Bratianu park is closed. Does anyone know if there's anywhere else to play ping pong for free?
