So I’m about to finish my first LTS skate course. I currently take both group lessons and private lessons once a week. I’m currently working on crossovers while the next level is refining basic 1 skills. My classmates and I aren’t happy about how disorganized our rink is so some are branching into solely privates or LTS elsewhere.

My question is: if my goal is to eventually to compete (at a pre-bronze/bronze level) in the future, do you recommend sticking through all LTS levels, doing privates only, or both? I just want to open as many doors as I can to performing. Im a former competitive musician so performing has always been my goal. I dont mind any pathway, just want some insight before I decide to register for next class or not.
