So many posts with inconsistent gym habits but expecting consistent results

Why are posts like that allowed? It’s so repetitive how so many people ask why they haven’t been improving when they haven’t been consistent with their workouts and diet.

I just don’t understand why this shows up so many times. One example is when people wonder why they’re not losing weight but they don’t really count their calories or go to the gym, etc.

3 months on Reta. Down 30 lbs (14kg). Good progress or slow?

104kg to 90kg (229lbs to 199lbs). Cant help but wonder if this is a good progress or if it’s slow. Slowly starting to feel confident with my body but I keep comparing myself to the great results I see on here.

My heaviest was 117kg (258lbs) but leaned down to 95kg naturally then went off track, went up to 104kg and started Reta then.

Excited what I will look like in another 3 months. I started tesa and mots-c not too long ago. Gained weight on tesa but feeling leaner. Trusting the process.

Weeks 1-2: 1.25mg per week (2 weeks)

Weeks 3-4: 2mg per week (2 weeks)

Weeks 5-8: 3mg per week (4 weeks)

Weeks 9-12: 4mg per week (4 weeks)

Staying at 4mg a week for now.
