Uptick in homeless
I have lived here almost a decade and rarely see homeless people in our town, except maybe one or two occasionally downtown. The last month or so I have seen more than all of my years living here. What is going on? I am even seeing them on Brady Rd and McIntosh Rd with their carts attempting to walk up the hill or lying in the bushes. There are no services or businesses in that area - what is the draw?
