1975 Princeton Reverb - Deal or Pass?

Here's the info I have:

He's asking $1750. Some rust, but I tried it out and it sounds great. 1975 Fender Princeton Reverb. Recently gone over by his tech. It's virtually all-original except for some capacitors and the rectifier tube, which was replaced with a period-correct RCA. A three-prong cord was also added. The speaker was upgraded to a Weber Alnico 10".

So what do you guys think, good deal or pass on it? If a pass, then what's a good deal for it?
Is that rust any major concern?

LOOKING FOR AN OPENER for show in Snoqualmie!

We're a band (Albuquerque Press) that dabbles in all sorts of styles within the general 'rock' genre, sometimes quiet, sometimes loud. Check us out to see if you'd match up well with us. Show is at Bindlestick in Snoqualmie on June 19th. Would need to fill 45 min to 1 hr. We would all split 80% of the door. Comment if interested.
