Am thinking of a career change to a surgical technologist. Am about 7 years in to HPPD..initially it was very scary but now it’s just second nature albeit still depresssing. I got a job as a UPS driver because I wanted something menial with little variables to manage anxiety. 5 years in company gone to shit but now I think I value job security more than the type of work I am doing/pay. Any and all input appreciated. Thank you.
