Which software (free or with a low-cost license) is suitable for 3D geological modelling of rock complexes based on lithological data from exploratory boreholes?

The area depicted in the images (W-Au ore deposit in Low Tatras mountains, Western Carpathians) is geologically complex, characterized by folded and faulted structures.

I am therefore looking for a solution capable of modelling structurally complex settings (including fault systems and fold geometries), while remaining financially accessible for a student.

Boreholes with lithology were processed to 3D shapefiles in QGIS (Geoscience add-on) based on Excel database
