So I'm new to Silent Hill, I'm playing 2 Remake RN and I'm doing the jukebox puzzle. Only item I'm missing is the jukebox key from the Saul Apartments. I used a guide to find out that the key is in Apt 9, accessible from the fire escape. Thing is: I already went through Apartment 9 and got to the roof and all that jazz, didn't pick up the button though. Now the fire escape is broken and I seemingly can't get in there. The game acknowledges there's something to still get from here but I can't. I'll try loading my last save but it's insane that this is a thing in the REMAKE of a game. (I hope that one of you humbles me and I'm being stupid because this is the first fucking puzzle).
