Hi everyone!

My Kia K5 has been under a recall since 4/16. I’ve spoke to Kia multiple times and they claim that my case manager should’ve contacted me and to wait 5 business days for a call as their hands are tied up. Doing research, I know my car qualifies under the Lemon Law. Is there anything more I can do to force them into helping me or should I get an attorney involved?
